Cancellation of Service

This agreement is provided to clients and customers who have received "Discounted", "Modified" or "Waived" web development packages and wish to cancel services relating to Hosting, Domain Name, Email, Website or wish to not continue working with 123WebMedia or its affiliated sites.

It is understood that when 123WebMedia or its affiliated websites provide a "Discounted", "Modified" or "Waived" fee web development package, it is doing so to solidify long term business. The fact that the SEO/CustomContent/Programing work we provide to enhance traffic is tedious and time consuming for which we would normally charge a regular rate of $75/125/150USD per hour, is the reason why we would like to maintain a long term business relation with all our clients. Therefore we make the following requirements prior to any cancellation.

Requirements to Cancel Service and Move Data Content, Domain Name, Email and/or Website.
- 1) Your account must be current and all balances/invoices PAID
- 2) Services that are paid on a yearly basis must be cancelled 30 days prior to end of term or agreement will auto renew. If there is no Credit Card (CC) on file, Client agrees to be bound to the 30 day Notice of cancellation regardless of inability to auto renewal by CC. Such fees associated with yearly service that is to be cancelled must be paid to move data content.
- 3) If you Received a "Discounted", "Modified" or "Waived" web development package (Stated on your Invoice), prior to moving your data content you must pay the difference between your "Discounted", "Modified" or "Waived" fee and the original price of the work. This means that if you received a $4,950 Website Package for the Price of the $2,950 you will be required to remit the difference ($2000USD) from the original price of work and what you paid (the discounted price)
- 4) All files/images/database(s) related to the scope of work performed will be provided in a USB drive and will be mailed out to you via USPS Priority mail for a flat fee of $165USD. FTP access is not granted unless you are managing your account.

Please note that 123WebMedia and/or assignees reserve the right to claim payment in full upon cancellation of all labor performed, services rendered or products provided including unpaid balances prior to the release of any data related or unrelated to the scope of the project including "Under Development"-mock-up sample websites and hereby waives nothing to the respect of statue of limitations as all projects remain open until paid in full or if applicable under yearly maintenace agreement.
